We deliver our slippers to mainland France.
Your order is processed within an average of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the registration of your order. The delivery time is then between 48 and 72 working hours.
It is specified that orders placed on Friday and the weekend can only be processed from the following Monday. Orders placed during public holidays can only be processed from the following business day.
The proposed delivery date is guaranteed:
Except in cases of force majeure,
Excluding carrier strikes,
Provided that the delivery address is precise, exact and complete,
Provided that the person receiving the order is present at the time of delivery.
Delivery is via colissimo without signature.
Our colissimo delivery costs are €5.90.
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the colissimo tracking number. You will then be able to follow the delivery of your order directly on the laposte.fr tracking tool.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
To return or exchange an item, send us your request via our online contact form in the "Contact us" section, or by email to bonjour@maison-amos.fr, specifying your name , your order number, as well as the reference of the product you wish to return.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return or exchange an item. The deadline is extended to 30 days for any order placed between December 1st and 31st.
Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to return your items to us by tracked delivery.
