Who are we ?

From 1795 to the 1980s, Etablissements Amos manufactured slippers in Bas-Rhin, which made them the oldest slipper manufacturers and the largest shoemaker in France! In 2021, we, French entrepreneurs, wanted to revive this beautiful story, which combined ancestral know-how and 100% French manufacturing.

How are your products sized?

Our products fit normally, so we advise you to take your usual size. If in doubt between two sizes, we advise you to opt for the smaller size. Find our size guide here.

Are your slippers customizable?

No, our slippers cannot be personalized unfortunately.

Can I modify my order after validation?

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your purchases on our store by credit card or via paypal.

I have a gift card, how do I use it?

To use your gift card, simply enter the code appearing on it in the “Gift card” field in the basket when confirming your order.

I have a promo code, how can I use it?

To use your promotional code, simply enter it in the “Promotional code” field in the basket when validating your order.

Can I pay in several installments?

It is possible to pay for your order in several installments via Paypal. You can choose this option when selecting the payment method when confirming your order.

Can I change my billing information after my purchase?

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our slippers in France.

What delivery methods are available?

Delivery is via colissimo without signature.

How much are the delivery costs?

Our colissimo delivery costs are €5.90.

What are the delivery times?

Your order is processed within an average of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the registration of your order. The delivery time is then between 48 and 72 working hours. It is specified that orders placed on Friday and the weekend can only be processed from the following Monday. Orders placed during public holidays can only be processed from the following business day.

What happens if I am absent during delivery?

If you are absent during the delivery of your package, your package will be placed in your mailbox if its dimensions allow. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox to collect your package from the nearest postal collection point. In some cases, it is possible to reschedule delivery. To do this, bring your notice of passage and go to https://www.laposte.fr/outil/modification-livraison before midnight on the day you receive the notice.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the colissimo tracking number. You will then be able to follow the delivery of your order directly on the laposte.fr tracking tool.

Can I change my delivery address?

Returns & Refunds

I received my order but I want to return it

To return an item to us, send us your request via our online contact form in the " Contact us " section, or by email to the address bonjour@maison-amos.fr , clearly specifying your name, your order number, as well as the reference of the product you wish to return. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The deadline is extended to 30 days for any order placed between December 1st and 31st.

I have received my order and would like to make an exchange

If you wish to make an exchange, send us your request via our online contact form in the Contact us section, or by email to bonjour@maison-amos.fr , specifying your name , your order number, as well as the reference of the product you wish to return for exchange. Are there return costs?

Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to return your items to us by tracked delivery.

How long are my slippers guaranteed?

All our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

Can we buy Amos slippers in a physical store?
